JobDescription: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is eagerly seeking acompassionate Labor and Delivery RN to join our team in Porterville,California. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to be part ofa caring, community-oriented healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care in the labor and delivery unit.
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to mothers and newborns.
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, administer medications, and assist with labor and delivery processes.
Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to the highest standards of obstetric nursing care.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of California.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery.
Travel nursing experience is a plus, with a preference for those who have worked in an L&D setting.
Working Hours:
Full-time position with 36 or 48 hours per week, typically spanning three or four 12-hour shifts.
Openness to work, day, night, or rotating shifts, depending on the needs of our Porterville facility.
