Description

13 week contract
Will float to the high risk AP/PP unit to care for pregnant women who require hospitalization and postpartum women. Could also be assigned to monitor patients that are high risk AP patients in the ICU/ED/tele units who require continuous or intermittent fetal monitoring.
There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs
When the floated to care for a patient who requires a higher level of care, traveler will not be the primary RN and are only there to perform OB assessments and fetal monitoring.
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
2+ Years of Experience Required.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, EFM Intermediate (awhonn or ncc), NRP.
Patient Mix/Skill Requirements: Circulate C-Sections.
Patient Ratio: 1-2/3 L&D depends on acuity, phase of labor, 3-6 Women's Health Unit depends on assignment/acuity.
~225 births per month
21 bed unit
Charting System: EPIC and CPN.
