**Required Qualifications:**
Associate's Degree Education sufficient for licensure
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License or Oregon Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health & Services, criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties
Upon request: Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
2 years Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree Nursing
3 years IV/Infusion skills
Recent Home Health experience
Point of Care experience
