**Overview**

At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Hospice RNs strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

The care provided by our Hospice team allows people to pass with dignity in their own homes, in familiar surroundings, with those they love by their side. You will provide imminent visits to include PRN symptom management for terminally ill patients in homes. In addition, you will be auditing charts for all admissions and recertifications and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and completion. This position allows you to work from home or in the office and requires travel within the Treasure Valley when needed for home visits. The person needs to be able to work autonomously and as a team, have interpersonal and communication skills, and have a true passion and desire to care for end-of-life patients to ensure their needs are met.

**What you can expect from this role**

**Full Time Nights (Fri - Mon from 10:30pm-8:30am) with rotating evening call**

Applicable Differential and **-Weekend Premium Pay-**

Pay for drive time

Mileage reimbursement -(- -Geographical Area: Treasure Valley - Ada, Boise, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Washington)-

Provide individualized care for patients from children to elderly

Sign On Bonus Plus Relocation Assistance Available

**Qualifications**

Education: ASN or BSN Degree

Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience; Hospice or Acute Care experience helpful

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Valid Driver's License and proof of Auto Insurance
