Location: Fresno , CA
Salary: $28.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:00PM (5x8s per week, 40 hours)
Patient: G-Tube/Tracheostomy/Ventilator/Pediatric
Maxim Healthcare is hiring LVNs for home health! This is a position where as a nurse you would work one-on-one with a single patient on a set schedule. This is a skill-intensive position, so if you are looking to grow your nursing skill set or would simply enjoy working with a patient who requires subacute level care this could be a great position for you.
LVN must be comfortable communicating with doctor's offices and supervising RNs on a daily basis for medication and condition updates. LVNs are responsible for routine DME cleaning for patient's supplies and also are required to do daily EMR charting for all patient care performed.
