**What You Can Expect:**

New position with our Hospital at Home Program

Hospital at Home is an alternative to traditional inpatient care. Patients will be treated for acute medical conditions in the comfort of their own home or residence

Weekday schedule

Intensive onboarding and training

Full Benefits with hospital contributions

Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications

**Qualifications:**

Education: Associates' of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelors' of Nursing Degree

Experience: 2 years' of RN experience

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho

Preferred Experience in Home Health, community based case management, transition of care, or community complex case experience.
