**Key Responsibilities:**

Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Implement nursing care plans for each patient.

Provide nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.

Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.

Report any signs or symptoms of reactions to treatments to the physician.

Teach and counsel the patient's family regarding their nursing care needs.

Maintain accurate and complete records of observations, treatments, and care.

Participate in medical record audits.

Attend staff meetings, patient care conferences, and in-services.

Take on-call duty, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Submit any schedule changes to the Director of Services/Nursing Supervisor daily.

Participate in patient care conferences to discuss the need for involvement of other health team members.

Prepare clinical and progress notes.

Assist the physician in performing specialized procedures.

Prepare equipment and materials for treatments.

Observe aseptic techniques.

**Qualifications:**

Active RN license with no restrictions.

Two years of nursing experience preferred.

One year of home care experience preferred.

CPR certification, valid driver's license, background check, and TB test (where geographically required).

-The $8,000 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/24. The sign-on bonus is paid in four increments: $1,000 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 12 months, and $2,000 after 15 months from the start date. RNs must be active at the time of bonus payout to receive the sign-on bonus. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility.-
