**M Health Fairview** seeks a Medical Director - Fairview Health Medical Group (FHMG) for Hematology/Oncology at M Health Fairview. The Medical Director responsibilities will be at a .1 FTE.
**Leadership Job Summary:**
The Medical Director provides employment home-related leadership for the employed physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in an assigned practice for the Fairview Health Medical Group with input from service line leadership. Serves as the primary link between the Medical Group President, the Fairview employment home, and employed providers, and is actively engaged and visibly present across the medical group.
Collaborates and partners with service line leadership to provide input into strategy and operational plans from an employment home perspective.

**Qualifications**
**Education**
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Hematologu/Oncology training program
BC with the ABMS
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
**Experience**
Minimum of 5 years of medical practice including administrative and/or managerial experience
Demonstrated results for creating and maintaining a patient-centered, safe environment of care and improving patient care and experience
Demonstrated characteristics of inclusion, fairness, integrity and accountability
High levels of ethical and professional conduct
Excellent communication and physician engagement skills
Ability to balance the needs and perspectives of multiple constituencies and assist groups in decision making
Ability to lead and manage broad-based change and development
Recent clinical experience
