Job Description:
Assessing and documenting patient conditions
Administering medications and treatments
Developing and implementing patient care plans
Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare staff
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse license in TN
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Case Manager
This is a fully on-site position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City.
