Bethany of the Northwest is currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our amazing non-profit Home Health organization in Everett, WA. The Director of Nursing is in charge of the clinical services, responsible for the management and oversight of the nursing staff in service to the care of the patients and residents of the Silver Lake facility:

Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling nursing resources and personnel to provide the best possible care for the spiritual, mental and physical needs of the individual residents within Bethany of the Northwest's skilled nursing and long-term care environments.

The Director of Nursing ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations governing long term care, as well as maintaining positive relationships among nursing personnel, residents, families, other departments, and the public.

6-8 skilled nurses will directly report to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

3-5 years experience as a DON

Unencumbered Washington RN License

Someone with experience with surveys, specifically in Washington State

Must represent the core values of Bethany.

Leadership experience

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8a-5p

Cover on weekends if there is an emergency.

No on-calls.

Benefits:

$150k-$160k a year.

Performance based bonus opportunity: 10 % base salary.

Open to relocation.

Benefits kick in at the beginning of the month after 30 th day of employment.

**Pay Details:** $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
