**Responsibilities**
The Certified Nurse Assistant (herewith referred to as C. N. A.) provides daily cares of residents in the nursing home by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
1. Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residents
2. Answer call lights
3. Assist with preparation of meals, serve meals, feed patients
4. Vital signs (BP, T, P, R, and SaO2) weight measurements
5. Make beds, keep rooms clean
6. Ambulating, turning and positioning patients
7. Knowledge of isolation techniques
8. Reporting observations of patient to unit supervisor
9. Documentation of care provided
10. Safe patient handling (for self and patient)
11. Laundering of residents clothing
12. Strong work ethic and ability
**Non-essential Job Responsibilities**
1. Other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
Registered Nursing Assistant in Minnesota
Reliable attendance
Customer Service Skills
Ability to use computer charting
Ability to work as part a team
Ability to operate equipment needed to assess patient
**Pay Range**
$19.00 - $22.42 /hour
