WesleyLife Home Health is celebrating **20 years** of providing exceptional home health services throughout central Iowa. We serve clients in Boone, Dallas, Hamilton, Jasper, Marion, Marshall, Polk, Story, Warren, Cass, Washington, Audubon, Guthrie, Adair, and Poweshiek counties, offering personalized, focused, one-on-one care wherever our clients call home.

We're shaking things up in our Home Health department to let our nurses focus on what brings them **joy** . We're creating new teams that will get daily supervisory support from Nurse Case Managers, who will work with our Clinical Managers on providing respectful feedback that holds team members accountable. Nurse Case Managers will lead teams of Visit Nurses, physical and occupational therapy team members, and Home Care Aides. This setup means our team can concentrate on caring for clients while the Nurse Case Managers handle the case management tasks. Direct care team members won't face the hassle of follow-up calls and juggling care coordination and can focus on providing outstanding client care!

This also means our Clinical Managers can focus on overall team goals, metrics, areas for opportunity, and areas of success. **We want our Clinical Managers to focus on taking Home Health to the next level** in all areas, including productivity, performance, quality, and effective processes.

**Our Clinical Manager position includes a $5000 sign-on or relocation (within Iowa) bonus!**

**A Day in the Life**

Support the Nurse Case Managers leading teams of nurses, physical or occupational therapy team members, and home care aides.

Retain responsibility for onboarding and education, delegating tasks to the Nurse Case Managers in coordination with the Clinical Educator.

Provide ongoing mentoring to Nurse Case Managers to help them develop into effective leaders.

Provide respectful, accountable feedback and deliver performance reviews with input from Nurse Case Managers.

Audit charts and ensure plans of care are completed.

Oversee chart reviews in partnership with the Nurse Case Managers and Performance Improvement Partners.

Retain responsibility for productivity and quality, delegating tasks to the Nurse Case Managers.

Complete additional development request (ADR) reviews and insurance denial appeals.

Perform admissions, client visits, and supervisory visits.

**Compensation**

**-The pay range for this position is $72,483 - $91,332 / year.-** -The starting pay rate will be based on your years of experience.-

**Our ideal candidate** will be a registered nurse in Iowa with at least one year of home health experience. Two years of supervisory or management experience is preferred. You'll also need a valid, unrestricted driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current insurance on that vehicle that isn't SR-22.
