Description
**The Pediatric Clinical Manager Designee plays a key role across BAYADA Home Health Care's Skilled Nursing Unit and is responsible for assisting Clinical Managers (CMs) with tasks deemed appropriate for the Designee's training, knowledge, and competence levels and assigned to them by the CM.** **-This is an opportunity for growth RN position-** **.**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
Perform assigned client supervisory visit and complete all documentation associated with visit and submit within seven (7) days from the visit.
Perform assigned client assessment visit and complete all documentation associated with visit and submit within seven (7) days from the visit.
Availability and willingness to perform as a Clinical Manager Designee for more than one client.
Follow up with physicians and completion of addendums as necessary after a client visit.
Supervise field staff by observing care rendered in the home for quality and safety and completing documentation associated with that employee.
Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor
**Minimal Qualifications:**
Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
Holds a current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. BSN preferred.
Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.
Holds current CPR certification.
Demonstrates exemplary documentation skills, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates working knowledge of clinical practice in home care.
Successful completion of competency with permanent skill code appropriate to the type and skill level of cases that the CM Designee will visit.
Successful completion of competency of special skills specific to client cases the Clinical Manager Designee will visit.
Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
