*POSITION SUMMARY*

Design and develop curriculum and facilitate training for the clinical Health First Health Plans staff. Support implementation of new programs or software and, design and lead interrater reliability (IRR) program, maintain accuracy of Support Point. Evaluate current processes to ensure consistency and standardization; quality and accuracy; lean (cost effectiveness) and compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting bodies as well as industry best practices (standards).

*PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES*

* Maintain industry best practices by owning development and documentation of processes, which contribute to standardization, quality, accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies.
* Apply LEAN practices to all training programs and evaluation of our current processes.
* Develop the training and ongoing education to the clinical teams based on industry best practices, and through identifying internal knowledge/practice gaps.
* Design and lead interrater reliability (IRR) program.
* Lead development of, and provide, individualized training for associates identified by Clinical Leaders and for department new hires, as well as related on-boarding training.
* Collaborate with Clinical leaders in the analysis and resolution of process variances as identified by Operations Support Services Quality Assurance scores.
* Solicit and organize constructive feedback following all training; implement in training structure/delivery.
* Establish and maintain relationships with other educators in the organization.
* Facilitate intra/interdepartmental collaborative meetings.
* Recommend new/improved processes, services, and/or tools to enhance productivity and/or decrease related costs (i. e. overtime).
* Identify and train Super Users and/or SMEs who act as resources or preceptors for new hires following initial training.
* Utilize current and future technology and Learning Management Systems to create educational materials that support and enhance learning in an effective and efficient manner.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*

* Education: Bachelor's Degree.
* Licensure: RN or related health care degree.
* Certification: None.
* Work Experience: Three years of health care experience.
* Work Experience in lieu of Education: None.
* Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Strong business and financial acumen with an ability to analyze a technology problem or opportunity in business terms.
o Applies logic and sound reasoning to determine facts and identify root causes.
o Data collection and quantitative decision-making skills.
o Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
o Self-Starter with minimal oversight required.
o Knowledge of project management processes.
o Advanced communication and presentation ability.
o Strong research skills.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*

* Education: Master's degree.
* Licensure: No additional.
* Certification: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher.
* Work Experience: Experience in creating education material or leading training/education sessions.
* Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: No additional.

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*

* Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping.
* Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
* Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
* May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
* Communicating with others to exchange information.
* Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
* Workspace may vary from open to confined; on site or remote.
* May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
