**Sign On Bonus: $20,000**

**Responsibilities**

1. Evaluates activities of the neighborhood to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.

2. Evaluates to ensure standards of care and Federal/State regulations are followed.

3. Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team.

4. Serve as a resource for staff.

5. Supervise PM shift staff.

6. Review and update care plans as needed.

7. Complete MDS assessments as assigned.

8. Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

Registered Nurse in Minnesota

BLS

**Preferred**

2-3 years' experience

**Pay Range**

$32.08 - $46.51 /hour
