Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provides professional care to clients under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or nurse on duty
Assists with the admittance or discharge of clients at the supervisor's request
Assists in maintaining the general cleanliness of the medical room
Performs and documents vital signs as requested by the nurse
Performs drug testing, UDS, and BAC
Performs duties such as filing confidential medical documents and various secretarial duties as necessary
Reports any observations and/or concerns to the Director of Nursing or nurse on duty
Accomplishes tasks in accordance with the policies and regulations of local, State, and Federal authorities as well as accepted standards of practice
Keep required training's current
Perform other job related duties as requested
Qualifications
Licenses & Certifications
Required
Cert Nursing Asst
Experience
Preferred
2 years: CNA Experience
