**Pay and Benefits:**
Competitive pay rates ($20-26.50/hr.) with generous shift differentials (Pay is based on experience)
Nights: $3.00
Weekends: $1.00 extra for both day and night shifts
**Qualifications:**
Current Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant I or 2 Certification.
Obtain BLS certification within three months and maintain as current.
Experience as a nursing assistant preferred.
Meets recertification and continuing education requirements according to level of certification and maintains certification without lapse.
**Responsibilities:**
Provides direct personal care under supervision of a Registered Nurse within the scope of practice of the Certified Nursing Assistant.
Participates as a contributory member of the interdisciplinary team.
Completes all documentation within departmental requirements and timelines.
Participates in the responsible management of all departmental/hospital resources.
Assumes responsibility for meeting annual in-service requirements and ongoing personal development.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
Ability to use good judgment, demonstrate patience, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Must be able to work in a busy and stressful environment
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Interpersonal verbal communication skills
