We are hiring for a Registered Nurse leader for our next Branch Manager in Roseburg, Oregon. This is a unique position that combines nursing and operations leadership for our branch. Job Summary

Management & Leadership

Cultivate an environment that motivates team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and fosters a dynamic, engaging workplace culture.

Proactively identify, mentor, develop, and support employees to ensure they provide outstanding service to both colleagues and clients.

Enhance the performance of branch employees through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies.

Coordinate and organize staff efforts to meet priority needs, while consistently implementing companywide initiatives with clarity and focus.

Utilize strong interpersonal skills for staff training and development, and drive efforts to increase market share.

Analyze data to develop actionable plans for the branch staff to achieve targeted goals and outcomes.

Resolve conflicts effectively and optimize team collaboration.

Grow the branch with an entrepreneurial mindset and a continuous improvement approach, while maintaining a strategic perspective.

Develop and implement branch-specific strategies that enhance revenue, control expenses, and expand the business, while upholding company values and ensuring top-tier compliance.

Nursing

Work with the team to admit clients requiring medication administration and nursing services.

Conduct necessary nursing assessments, monitoring, and care coordination.

Assign nursing tasks to caregivers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead the development and updating of care plans.

Accurately document nursing services and client interactions.

Provide medication administration training and education to caregivers.

Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.

We anticipate that roughly 20-25% of this position's schedule be dedicated to nursing duties with clients & caregivers. All other time would be dedicated to the branch/operations management role of this position.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more individuals in a clinical or operational setting

Experience in managing the operations of a business

Active Oregon state RN license.

Bachelor's degree (only to be substituted with extensive industry and management experience).

Ability to pass a state and national background check.

Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

1 year of nursing experience in a home care/home health setting OR at least 1 year of experience in an SNF, ICU, or MedSurg

Demonstrated customer service and communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home care and/or health care setting is helpful but not required.

Healthcare Management degree.

Work Setting & Schedule

In-person in our branch in Roseburg, OR. Our typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. However, you will be responsible for an operation that runs 24/7. Occasional work on evenings and weekends may be required. Work will be performed in an office setting, but occasional visits to client homes, partner facilities, or conferences may be required. Ongoing marketing efforts in the community will require driving.
