BestChoice is Henry Ford Health System's internal staffing resource pool, designed to ensure there is sufficient staffing throughout our health system. BestChoice provides a proactive solution to unplanned or short-term staffing needs due to vacations, call-offs, leave of absences, increases in census or acuity. BestChoice employees are Henry Ford contingent staff and experience the same new employee screening, orientation, education, and competency standards alongside all HFHS team members.

We are currently looking for experienced RN's - to work at both the Dialysis Clinics and Acute Care Units.

Minimum requirement is a two day commitment per week, when working at the clinics and 24 hours per month for the Acute Care positions.

Long term and short term needs.

Certification / Requirements:

Minimum of 24 months of recent clinical nursing experience

Nursing Degree from an Accredited Institution

Current RN license in the State of Michigan

Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

Additional Required Certifications vary by Specialty
