**Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health Phoenix**
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Hours:** Full-time, 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
**Pay:** Competitive salary starts $42 and up + **$15,000 sign-on bonus, plus shift diff, plus bilingual pay**
We are seeking a **Dedicated and Compassionate Registered Nurse** to join our behavioral health facility in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, direct-hire position offers excellent benefits, competitive pay, and outstanding growth potential.

**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and monitor patients
**Monitor vital signs** and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Accurately document patient care and progress
**Requirements:**
**Valid, unencumbered RN license in Arizona or a compact state**
