BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a **Behavioral Health RN** to join our outstanding and compassionate team at **St. Anthony's hospital in St. Petersburg!**
**Facility:** St. Anthony's Hospital
**Location:** St. Petersburg
**Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No
**Shift Hours:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
**Shift:** Nights
**Weekend Work:** Every Other
**On Call:** No
The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
**The Charge Nurse is responsible for:**
Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

**Required Certifications and Licensures:**
BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered Nurse)
Nurse Specialty - preferred
**Required Education:**
Bachelor's in Nursing - Required or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.
**Experience:**
2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
1 year of leadership experience - Preferred
