Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DON):
Oversees and ensures timely and appropriate care is provided for a specified group of residents for whom the Administrative Nurse - RN is responsible
Coordinates the scheduling of caregivers and resident assessments and monitors and coordinates other healthcare providers for this select group of residents to ensure appropriate care is provided in a dignified and caring manner
Qualifications / Requirements
Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license and up-to-date CPR certification
Experience in nursing supervision and care coordination preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language

Shift: 10a-6p, Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $32.00/hr-$33.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
