Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the PM&R department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services. • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols. • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation services. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. • Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. • Mentor and supervise medical staff, residents, and students.
Qualifications: • Board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in PM&R, with leadership experience preferred. • Strong clinical, administrative, and communication skills. • Unrestricted medical license to practice in the United States. • Commitment to providing compassionate care to veterans.
