The Health & Wellness division is looking for an instructor to provide clinical and or didactic instruction in the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs. Maintain accurate student records. Assist program director with curriculum assessment and development.
- 2 years (2000 hours) recent and relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or in progress
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist License, State of Michigan
- Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Certification, State of Michigan
- Current Registered Dental Assistant License (RDA), State of Michigan, or reinstate RDA within 6 months of hire.
- Current BLS Certification
- Pass the Certified Dental Assistant exam through Dental Assisting National Board within 60 days of hire
- Teaching experience
- Experience with curriculum development
- Community Involvement
- Professional organization participation
- Masters Degree
