    Certification Details
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, and other certifications as per unit specifications and facility requirements.

  • *DCH is unable to accommodate RTO requests for the following holiday dates: 11/28, 11/29, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1
  • ITC & perm staff must have been termed for at least 6 months
  • Locals are welcome to submit
  • Specialty: MS/Tele. 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position
  • Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5-6, occasional 1:7. This is a fast pace/high case load facility – please ensure candidates are cleared on the job requirements prior to submitting
  • Experience Required: 2 years
  • First time travelers are accepted
  • Every other weekend required
  • Floating Required: Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses (4.5 miles away)
  • EMR experience required though Meditech Expanse training is covered during orientation
  • Aya Offer information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile and confirm fit. Aya Offer available if no RTO and clinical pass + meets specific facility requirements. Return travelers and travel pairs not eligible for Aya Offer.
    Job Requirements
  • Certifications required: BCLS
  • Certifications Preferred: chemotherapy administration certification
  • Skills Required: Cardiac Monitoring, gastrointestinal experience, renal failure, IV, heparin/insulin/PCA, ortho experience, CVA, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury experience required, respiratory experience required
  • Must pass cardiac exam during orientation

  • 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit is primarily Ortho/post-surgical and trauma; a select part of the unit is dedicated to oncology patients. Chemotherapy is sometimes administered by trained nurses who are certified
  • Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses
