Responsibilities
Do you live locally in the Upper Valley and like the idea of doing travel nursing but your life or family roots keep you here or the idea of a contract far away from home is not appealing? Do you like working in a variety of clinical settings that challenge you and offer a variety of clinical experiences? If so, the System Staffing Office is now offering full and part time benefitted positions along with their existing per diem float pool positions.
In a full or part time position, one would float to all six D-H system hospitals in the clinical settings in which you are skilled and competent. In most cases you would work for several weeks in one location similar to a travel contract, and the next assignment would be at another facility. In this role you will have exposure to and work in the D-H Lebanon Main Campus, and the member hospitals such as Alice Peck Day in Lebanon NH, Valley Regional in Claremont NH, New London Hospital in New London NH, Mount Ascutney in Vermont, and Cheshire Medical Center in Keene NH.
If you have your NH nursing license, Vermont is now a compact state so your license is valid there.
We are looking for Med Surg, Critical Care and Emergency Department RNs with 2 or more years of experience. Your ability to float offers you premium pay with the benefits of a full or part time employee and the variety of environments of a travel RN while being able to stay close to home. Critical Care applicants should have Level 1 experience to advance.
Come and join our new full and part time D-H System wide nursing float pool.
