Description
We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our group, where we prioritize the well-being of our physicians and the quality care of our patients. Our practice is dedicated to supporting your success and facilitating professional growth with autonomy. Practice Details:
- Practice includes 4 PAs handling geriatric patients and office procedures
- 3 audiology booths and 2 audiologists on staff
- 8 exam rooms and private offices for providers
- Dedicated MA for each physician
Schedule:
- 4.5 day workweek (Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM)
- Autonomy in scheduling is provided
- 1.5-2 days of OR block time
Compensation and Benefits:
- $750,000 potential income
- Opportunity for partnership and ownership in Surgical Center
- Salary includes collections model with over $1 million in professional fee revenue per year
