- Work Dates Needed: September1, 2024, Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 7a-7a Call Shift, M-F 8-5 Clinic hours
- Worksite Setting: Clinic and Beeper Call
- Scope of Work: The provider will manage both low and high-risk pregnancies, including performing and interpreting FHR (NST/CST/FSE) and OB ultrasounds. They will handle routine and complicated deliveries, such as vaginal, low forceps, C-sections, breech, and multiple births, as well as repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations. They will also perform surgical gynecology, including open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor, and major operative procedures.
The provider will assist with clinic coverage, round on antepartum and postpartum patients, respond to emergency department consultations, and manage maternal transport from outside facilities. - Annual Deliveries: 600
- Patient Census: A average of 4-6 patients in the hospital and up to 15 patients in the clinic, with rounding typically in the morning.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, NC State License, BLS, DEA, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
- EMR: Paragon in the hospital and Athena in the clinic
