We invite you to join us in providing exceptional care as a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Shift in our Home Healthcare and Hospice program. We're seeking dedicated nurses to join our dynamic team serving patients in Brainerd, Crosby, Crosslake, and Aitkin.

- Travel within a 24-mile radius of CRMC, with paid driving time and mileage reimbursement at the federal rate.
- Competitive hourly wage plus an additional $7.50 hour exclusively for weekend shifts.
- You will have a weekend off every quarter.
- No holiday shifts required unless the holiday falls on a weekend.

Position Overview
We are seeking an independent, adaptable RN who thrives in a collaborative environment, champions teamwork, and brings resilience and professionalism to every interaction. If you're passionate about patient advocacy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care in home settings using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with patients to identify barriers and create personalized care plans.
- Prevent hospital readmissions through proactive care and education.
- Complete OASIS assessments and medication reconciliations in an electronic medical record system.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Current Minnesota RN license.
- Ability to obtain American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Valid Minnesota driver's license.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in Home Care and/or Hospice settings.
