The concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff, welcoming individuals and providing essential information to assist them within the facility. In this role, you will frequently escort individuals to their destinations, facilitate wheelchair transportation, and deliver various items throughout the building, ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities also include managing telephone calls and pages with a focus on accuracy and courtesy, upholding the medical center standards of excellence. The position requires handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining professionalism in emergency situations. Collaboration with various medical and administrative personnel is key to promoting a positive medical center image and adapting to ever-changing circumstances.

In the Communications Department at ABC, we ensure that every call, question, and request is handled with professionalism and care. Whether directing patients, visitors, and staff to the right departments or managing internal and external communications, our team plays a crucial role in keeping hospital operations running smoothly.
