PRN Physical Therapist - Telehealth 
Adams County Regional Medical Center 
Seaman, Ohio 

As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Telehealth Physical Therapist at Adams County Regional Medical Center, you are responsible for performing in an evaluation and treatment capacity, having responsibility for the effective provision of company specific physical therapy programs to client hospitals. Performs supervisory responsibilities as assigned. This position works remotely interacting with patients via computer video.

Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will work up to 19 hours/week, Monday through Friday, dayshift and/or up to 8pm, as needed.  

Starting Pay: $42-$55/hour based on related work experience. 

About the Facility: Adams County Regional Medical Center (ACRMC) is a critical access hospital located in southern Ohio approximately one hour east of Cincinnati. The Rehabilitation, Imaging, Outpatient Specialty Clinic, Laboratory and Cardiopulmonary Departments were enlarged to meet the demands of new technology and to provide access of needed medical services to our area.  ACRMC is the regional leader in quality healthcare providing services to a full spectrum of ages in inpatient, outpatient and skilled nursing settings and offering 25 private inpatient units, 25 private outpatient units, 5 of which are designated as an inpatient Hospice Unit, with the collaboration of Hospice of Hope – Ohio Valley. The Emergency Department has 14 private examination rooms, with 3 being equipped specifically for trauma. The Surgical Suite is comprised of two operating rooms and an endoscopy procedure room. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this rehabilitation department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. 

About the Rehab Department: Department hours are 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday through Friday, and utilizes an on-call rotation schedule on weekends. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a Bachelors' degree 
  • Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) 
  • Have a quiet and private workspace to provide full view of self to demonstrate body movements and positions required of the patient. 
  • Reliable High speed Wi-Fi connection
  • Proficiency with standard laptop or desktop computer with camera, Zoom Healthcare, and WebPT or willing to learn  

Hospital Requirements (may be required):  

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or a Blood Titer proving immunity 
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th  
  • ​COVID Vaccine-Full
