Physical Therapist - Per Diem

As a per diem, nonexempt Physical Therapist with CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services team at Parrish Health & Wellness Center at Cheney Highway, y ou will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease. You will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities. This position may also work at other affiliated locations as needed.
Schedule: This $45-$60 per hour based on experience
About the Facility: Parrish Health & Wellness Center at Cheney Highway is an outpatient center offering two fitness pools including a lap pool and a warm water pool. CPS Solutions LLC has partnered with the hospital through its division CPS Rehabilitation Services to manage the day to day operations of the rehabilitation department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Rehabilitation Department: Specialty services include Aquatic therapy, Pelvic Floor therapy, Parkinson's PWR/SpeakOUT!, hand therapy, orthopedics, and neurological services (typically offered to those 18 years of age and older). Department hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5pm and as needed to support acute care Parrish Medical Center hospital rehab staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters's degree preferred
- Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida
Hospital Requirements:
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th
- Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
- Color test
