Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem

As a per diem, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician at Friends Hospital, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; running the billing; and auditing patient records. You will need to be able to lift up to 20 pounds, be on your feet for extended periods of time, and walking to deliver medications several times daily within the campus.
Schedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week, and will provide coverage "as needed" or at least 4 hours per month. This position has no regularly scheduled hours. This position will primarily cover weekend shifts and evening shifts as needed, notably alternating Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 2 pm as well as Friday afternoons till 7 pm.

CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
- PA Licensure/Registration/Certification requirements
- Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills; verbal and written
