Pharmacy Technician - Full Time

As a full-time, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; and billing. Occasionally you will be required to assist nursing staff with medication passes to patients. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week with rotating 8-hour day shifts including weekends. This position may be required to work holidays as needed
Starting Pay: $20 per hour, (depending on related experience)
About the Facility: Eagleville is a 288-bed non-profit hospital offering a variety of hospital and non-hospital programs for men and women in need of treatment for substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and other behavioral health problems. Located in a quiet suburban area near a large Metropolitan Area (Philadelphia) Eagleville Hospital is a well-established privately-owned drug and alcohol rehab facility. The acute inpatient hospital is expanding creating new challenges and opportunities for the pharmacy. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills; verbal and written
Hospital Requirements (may be required):
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- Respirator FIT Mask Test
