Occupational Therapist - Per Diem
Parrish Medical Center
Titusville, FL
As a Per Diem, non-exempt Occupational Therapist with CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services team at Parrish Medical Center, you will evaluate and develop rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Duties include evaluations; communication with patients, family members, and rehabilitation medical team members on a collaborative plan of care; and establishment of goals to enhance independence with activities of daily living in a safe, effective and reliable manner. Knowledge of computer-based documentation is a must. You may be scheduled to work at an affiliated outpatient center as needed.
Schedule : This PRN, non-exempt position is scheduled to work as needed between 7am and 5 pm and will include flexing to cover weekends as needed
Salary Range: $45-$60 per hour based on experience. Shift Differential may be available
About the Rehabilitation Department: The inpatient department core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-4:00pm and as needed to support other affiliated outpatient centers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters's degree preferred
- Florida Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- At least one year of acute care experience preferred
Hospital Requirements:
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th
- Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
- Color test
- COVID vaccination (required)
