Responsibilities:

As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily clinical operations of the Burnett Extended Care Center, a 154 licensed bed facility, tentatively set to open July 2025. This state-of-the-art center will address the critical need for post-acute care and will feature specialized units for Memory Care, Long-Term Care, and Transitional Care.


You will play a critical role in the recruitment, hiring, and implementation of policies & procedures, along with managing over 100 other clinical staff members. Effective communication, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives will be key priorities in solving organizational challenges and exploring new avenues to help your teams and the organization succeed.Your knowledge of skilled nursing state and federal regulations and requirements will be crucial in ensuring the continuum of care and safety for our patients.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Licenses and Certifications

  • 5 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing operations required
  • 2 years of management experience required
  • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
