Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Palliative Medicine Physician to join our compassionate and highly experienced palliative care team. Currently the team includes four physicians, twelve APRNs, five LCSWs, five RNs, four Mas and several compassionate administrators over 5 hospitals and sites of care. We are team-oriented, quality-focused, and expanding to find a flexible, dynamic full-time physician who will provide patient care and consultative services, mainly in the inpatient setting with opportunity for outpatient work.

Community Health Network's Palliative Care program provides multi-disciplinary care to patients facing complex symptoms, pain, psychological, and spiritual issues. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference in how an illness is managed so that patients can get back to focusing on what is important in their lives.
Licensure & Certification
BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
