Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Community Autism Services – The Stepping Stones Group We are hiring a Full-Time BCBA in San Mateo, CA, and nearby areas from Palo Alto to Saratoga (San Jose, Los Altos, Campbell, Los Gatos). Join our team to provide exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and help us achieve our mission of Transforming Lives Together! Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 per year Ask us about our SIGN-ON BONUS of up to $10,000! What We Offer:

- Conduct parent education and behavioral assessments
- Design ABA programs for children with autism
- Supervise and train ABA Behavior Technicians
- Support staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification
- Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Flexible to work with combined home, community, and school caseloads
- Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
