CHI Health is seeking a BC/BE Adult Psychiatrist for an outpatient opportunity at Lasting Hope Recovery Center (LHRC)located in downtown Omaha, Nebraska.

Lasting Hope Recovery Center helps people get on the road to recovery by instilling hope, a sense of possibility and rebuilding a positive self-image. LHRC offers access to clinical professionals and support staff 24-hours a day, plus:

Last Hope Recovery Center offers a pillar of a comprehensive service line providing services across the state of NE and southwest IA, including a full continuum of services including inpatient, outpatient, partial, residential and integrated primary care. The center treats patients who experience both mental illness and substance abuse. Evidence-based practices, including Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Peer Support Specialists are important elements of the treatment model.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:
    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Provide clear and concise medical information.
    • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
    • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Diagnostic Procedures:
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
    • Perform procedures as needed
    • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

Compensation Information:
$130.0 / Hourly - $130.0 / Hourly


Starting At: 130.0 Hourly
Up To: 132.22 Hourly
