Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, is seeking an energetic and team-oriented Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join our physician led, patient centered practices in Bakersfield, CA. We offer a variety of flexible schedules, mentorship and much more.

Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:
- Part Time and Full Time opportunities
- Flexible start/end times during 7am - 7pm
- Full Time option to work 4 or 4.5 days per week
- No nights, no weekends

Compensation/Benefits Include:

Patient Care:
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide clear and concise medical information.
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
