Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board certified or board eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or IM-Peds physicians to join our primary care team. We have a part time (3-4 days per week) as well as full time opportunities available at our Rock Creek Medical office Lafayette, Colorado. North Denver metro area.
CPMG also offers you the ability to customize opportunities with a combination of virtual work and continuity to add variety in your practice or flexible work hours to help accommodate your scheduling needs. - Pay range: Family Medicine $294,417 IM or IM -Peds $304,211 * Salary will be based on FTE.
Employment Requirement: Colorado Permanente Medical Group, P.C. staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious, exemption by September 17, 2021. All persons offered a position will be required to provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption prior to starting employment.
