Certification Details
• AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
• Required for all travelers, except Histology Techs
• Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.

Job Details
• 4-10s - starting at 730 -6. and then on call as scheduled from that time to 7a the next morning.
• Call requirements: roughly 14 shifts in a six week schedule - but that can be discussed during the interview.

Job Requirements
• 2 years experience required
• ARRT(R) - radiology license ARRT
• OH license - must be willing to obtain prior to start
• BLS ACLS preferred but not mandatory.
• Needs to have scrubbed all interventional cath lab procedures since orientation is not long.

Schedule Information
• 4-10s - starting at 730 -6.
• On call as scheduled from that time to 7a the next morning.
• Roughly 14 shifts in a six week schedule.

Unit Specific Information
• Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually.

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
• For Subcontractors Only: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core Testing is acceptable.
• Always use Chrome on a computer for completing modules; cannot be done from a phone.
