Certification Details
• AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
• Required certifications for positions including Endoscopy, ER, ICU, MICU, SICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, Med/Surg, TCU, PACU, PICU, Pediatric PCU, Pediatric Stepdown, L&D, OB/GYN, Clinical Decisions, Tele, Oncology, Apheresis, Cath Lab, Stepdown Neuro, Stepdown, Dialysis
• NBSTSA certification required for CVOR, CST
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually

Job Details
• Minimum of 18 months PERM CSFA experience
• Shift Time: 8am-630p
• Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular neuro, robots
• On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0800
• Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6 week schedule
• AHA BLS - current
• Orientation hours – (32-40hrs.) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate

Job Requirements
• MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
• More than 18 months of permanent experience as CSFA

Schedule Information
• Shift Time: 8am-630p
• On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0800
• Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6 week schedule

Additional Details
• RNFA/CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work
