Retail Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Stocking in homes
• Titling used homes
• Working with home centers to reconcile audit reports and schedules
• Researching and problem-solving on various inventory issues
• Daily Communication with home centers on Inventory including adjusting MIC Inventory, allowance schedule items and home stock lists
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong clerical skills including 10 key calculators.
• Good follow-up and verbal and written communication skills with management and retail
• Able to handle large volumes of paperwork with high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Knowledge of accounting principles and previous manufactured home titling experience is a plus.
• Willingness to submit to a Background Check and pre-employment Drug Screen
• High School diploma or equivalent
