Description
The Edmonton Police Service requires three (3) positive individual committed to providing exemplary customer service to assume the position of customer service representative in the Police Information Check & Alarm Control Section. Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accurately processing police information check applications and preparing police information check certificates.
- Providing excellent customer service to police information check, civil fingerprinting, and alarm permit applicants.
- Collecting and processing fees for police information checks, civil fingerprinting services, and alarm permits and invoices.
- Responding to customer inquiries either on the phone, in person or by electronic mail, including reception desk cover.
- Performing general office duties including collecting and distributing mail in addition to other related duties as required.
