Description
Reporting to the LRT Fleet Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, this role will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative services.
What will you do?
- Provide support to the Supervisor and section, respond to telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring that documents are recorded and managed according to policy and procedures
- Create and maintain files and/or scanning and filing documents in accordance with Corporate and Departmental records management procedures
- Format various documents, proofread reports and publications for accuracy, quality and consistency with department and city standards
- General administrative duties as required
