What will you do?
- Respond to officer-initiated and publicly reported incidents using sound judgment and decision-making
- Conduct detailed investigations of alleged Municipal bylaw and Provincial Regulation violations
- Apply law enforcement practices appropriately and respectfully under minimal supervision
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholder agencies
- Work in physically demanding and sometimes dangerous environments
- Handling and care of a broad range of domestic animals and wildlife
- Proactively patrol City parks and public spaces to ensure responsible pet ownership
- Other duties as required
