MANAGER MARKETING TECHNOLOGY WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Manager of MarTech works with MarTech solutions to support marketing initiatives that achieve our business objectives. The roadmap includes working with our delivery partners and vendors to enable, utilize and expand our MarTech capabilities. What you will do
- Execute and inform MarTech roadmap.
- Evangelize, train, and embed the understanding of the MarTech tools into the marketing teams to increase adoption MarTech solutions.
- Manage day to day operations of multiple MarTech solutions
- Manage MarTech solutions integrations and cross-functional use cases
- Manage SLAs for all MarTech solutions and insure compliance
- Establish and maintain best in class documentation (user guides, results decks, scorecards, etc.) for all martech solutions
- Manage vendor implementations and delivery of MarTech solutions
- Manage and provide data analysis, insights and storytelling to support both marketing and martech initiatives.
- Lead collaboration with marketing partners to determine marketing strategy. KPIs, campaign execution tactics, and measurement.
- Maintain a culture of continuous learning and industry expertise
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes and Increase the usage and enrollment of digital products and services.
- Develop a talent pipeline and relationships with peers to increase knowledge and networking
- Manage MarTech colleagues
- All other appropriate duties as required.
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience with multiple martech solution & integrations
- Minimum 5 years of experience with web and/or data analytics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing employees and teams
Skills and Knowledge
- Expert senior professional with wide ranging experience with mulitple MarTech solutions.
- Expertise of the MarTech application landscape and manages the integration of marketing application solutions across an organization's MarTech landscape.
- Solves complex problems, takes a broad perspective to identify solutions revolving around digital optimization practice, and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and implementing a MarTech vison.
- Able to develop and maintain professional relationships both up and down in the organization.
- Demonstration of strong leadership and collaboration skills with a strong team oriented approach.
- Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Ad Cloud, and/or Adobe RTCDP+CJA+JO)
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales, Marketing & Service Clouds).
