Banking and Investment Services Division
Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.
- Manage and process financial transactions for the operations or client servicing teams supporting Commercial & Corporate Banking, Banking & Wealth Management, and Entertainment Banking
- Trading and service support for our new clients and accounts and a variety of other operations-based functions
- Provide insight to new process development and continuous improvement efforts to impact change and drive innovation
- Exposure to Risk and Control related processes and structure
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects and perform ad hoc requests
- Positively impact colleague experiences, engagement and foster an environment that encourages personal, organizational growth
Must-Have*
- At least 18 years old
- Rising Senior in college (graduation date no earlier than December of current year)
- Enrolled in a college/university working towards a Bachelor's degree
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing projects
