ENTERPRISE PROGRAM MANAGER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Work closely with multiple functional areas with business performance management, analytics enablement, growth/strategy, process improvement, cost reduction, technology implementation and enterprise transformation. Identify key value drivers and defining metrics to inform performance, support decision making, and foster positive behavior and actions. What you will do

  • Serve as the leader over the Business Analyst function across the Strategy & Transformation Product Team. This includes establishing consistent and industry proven BA methods, tools, and standardization.
  • Develop a continuous improvement plan to improve the BA function and quality of deliverables across all BA activities.
  • Develop an organization structure that will include both direct and indirect reports as a BA Center of Excellence.
  • Mentor and coach individual business analysts to provide clear expectations and provide support to help them achieve successful outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers to ensure the community of business analysts are cross trained across all products and are assigned appropriate tasks based on their skillsets and desired opportunities for career development.
  • Track and escalate issues and risks, ensuring full mitigation and resolution, drive transformational change holistically and work on a variety of projects across the Enterprise Transformation effort
  • Provides Executive level reporting to clearly convey program status, issues, risks and timeline
  • Will facilitate and drive key decisions from Executive leadership as needed
  • Develops working relationships with clients & business partners ensuring that business plans are coordinated, aligned and support department and firm goals and objectives
  • Supports and effectively communicates program goals, objectives, vision and values.

Must-Have*

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with direct management of Business Analysts or leading the business analyst function in a Center of Excellence type structure
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading business analyst transformation efforts including the waterfall to agile transformation.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelors Degree preferred and 5 to 7+ years of experience managing large, complex projects and programs spanning across multiple lines of business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record leveling up a business analysis team's skillset and accountability for all BA functions.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing BA tools and artifacts such as Requirements Elicitation, BRD's, User Stories, Impact Analysis, Process Analysis, and Business Readiness activities and testing.
  • Proficiency with Aha! Roadmaps and/or JIRA, ADO, and Confluence, Visio and/or other enterprise process engineering platforms like Signavio or IGrafix, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Proven track record with strategic planning, program management and business architecture concepts and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Requires a solid understanding of the organization's business
  • Ability to convey credibility, confidence and sense of authority across a large team
  • Strong communication/facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to balance daily tactical needs along with strategic long term continuous improvement effort
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to convey credibility, confidence and sense of authority across a large team
  • Strong communication/facilitation skills

Compensation Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
